The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom. It sleeps up to four people, with the option of adding a cot for a child up to three years old. The living room features a sofa bed for two, while the bedroom features a 160 cm wide double bed with a comfortable mattress, ensuring a comfortable stay.
The apartment is located at 14 Poznańska Street, in the heart of Warsaw's Śródmieście district. This is one of the city's most popular areas—the area is renowned for its atmospheric restaurants, trendy bars, cafes, and pubs, and streets like Poznańska, Hoża, Krucza, and Wilcza are particularly popular with both residents and visitors to Warsaw. The immediate surrounding area offers a wide variety of dining options, from Asian and Lebanese cuisine to elegant restaurants and perfect places for a night out. On Poznańska Street alone, you'll find bars like Lulu Bar, Beirut, Signature, Prodiż Warszawski, Kraken, and Żebra i Kości, making the area perfect for a leisurely lunch, dinner, or evening drink.
For the comfort of all guests, please adhere to the house rules. Pets are welcome with prior notification and for an additional fee. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and building – violations will result in a 500 PLN fine. Parties are not permitted, and a curfew is in effect from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
Access to the apartment is fully self-service using a key box. Detailed check-in instructions are sent one day before arrival, making the check-in process simple and convenient.

March 2026Fajne, czyste mieszkanie w niezłej lokalizacji. A lokalizacja może być wadą i zaletą, ponieważ ulica Poznańska to nocne życie, a mieszkanie jest na parterze i po prostu wszystko słychać, również z klatki schodowej.
